Concept: To create an interactive healing vigil on the streets of Chicago. The objective was to generate as much positive energy & outreach in hopes that the people of Chicago could heal their town hero. The vigils featured offerings, personal messages, photos, & original artwork. Once the vigil was up fans were encouraged to help by adding their own contributions to the installation.
Social Media: Select posts on social media measured 10,000+ likes along with hundreds of comments. The vigil generated viral activity on Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, & multiple private forums.
Press: Both vigils were a hit with media publications. Over 80,000 reads were reached on single articles alone. Many other articles measured similar numbers.
